Shipping policy

Private label orders will ship within two weeks.  If for any unforeseen circumstances we can not meet this timeline, you will be notified as soon as we receive your order.  

Candle Supply orders that are in stock will be shipped typically within 3 business days.  

Orders that are received damaged will be replaced.

Because of the nature of our products, they can not be returned.  We recommend ordering small samples of our candle supplies before committing to larger orders.  

Private label candles can not be returned.
